Alicia Malone

Alicia needed to undergo the FilmStruck service, an TCM streaming online platform in 2015. Malone took a recording of Robert Osborne and Ben Mankiewicz's openings so that she could practise reading them before the camera before her TCM channel host audition. In 2017, she was a candidate for the Turner Classic Movies presenter position. The company hired Malone on January 1, 2018. Malone has spoken about the challenges faced by women in the film industry in two separate TEDx talk.
