Alexandra Maria Lara, a Romanian and German actress, who has worked on TV and in films is best known for films like Rush as well as Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Being the sole daughter of Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra started her career in showbiz from a young age. She played lead roles in television dramas from as early as 16 years old. Following her highly praised role in the TV film Der Tunnel, Alexandra went further to take on other memorable role like Adolf's secretary, Traudljunge, as well as the secretary of Adolf Hitler in Downfall.
